ABA Awards Junior Boxing - Children and teenagers can learn the skill of amateur boxing, including the history, rules of the sport plus the importance of a healthy lifestyle and personal discipline.  Juniors work towards national recognised ABA awards scheme.


Fighting Fit -This class is a great fitness boxing workout consisting of cardio, resistance and bag training for a great workout for weight loss, muscle toning and general fitness; suitable for all fitness levels.  


Fighting Fight Skills Class (Advanced) -This class is the ultimate fitness boxing workout consisting of cardio, resistance, bag training. Boxing intervals includes a series of boxing combinations, such as jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts.  This class is excellent for intermediate and advance levels.


Conditioning Circuits - This all-encompassing workout is designed to produce total body results.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels.


X-Fit - A fast paced, high intensity, functional fitness class. Each session will feature weekly challenges to be completed in pairs or small groups with various levels of scaling available to accommodate all fitness levels.


Open Training - A chance to train yourself on the bags and cardio fitness machines.  Skipping and use of weights are available.
