Back to Fitness

Here at Back to fitness we promote fun, safe and recreational classes for our junior members. It is a great environment for children and teens to learn the art of boxing, and the skills behind it. Combining both fun enrichment games and activities with discipline and skills, your children and teens will love it!

The GB National Boxing Awards are designed as a fun recreational programme for all participants at all levels, ages and abilities.

The award scheme is offered in six stages:
Preliminary, Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum...with incentives at every stage.

The Preliminary Award is for participants from the age of five years. The Award teaches the basics of amateur boxing and is designed as an introduction to boxing.

The Bronze Award is for participants who have successfully completed the Standard Award. The course includes shadow boxing, non-contact sparring, basic knowledge of the rules of boxing and plenty of circuit training to get you fit.
