Personal Training is all about staying motivated, getting results and keeping them on schedule. We recognise that every client is individual and we know that every client requires a tailored programme to achieve their goals; including training in the early hours, late into the evening and anywhere inbetween.


The Back to Fitness Team are professional and qualified personal trainers who are accredited to the Register of Exercise Professionals, attending Continual Professional Development programmes to keep themselves at the cutting edge of the fitness industry.

We bring together a vast knowledge of sports science, health and performance related exercise and nutrition. Each Back to Fitness personal trainer is recruited for their natural enthusiasm for fitness, great communication and teaching skills and high achievements in their own sporting or fitness background.

We know that personal training is not just about having someone with you in the gym, it is about having someone guiding you through your entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and outside of the gym, your diet, your lifestyle and all support services to ensure that you are in full health.


Personal Training at Back to Fitness is carried out in our private Personal training gym. Training can only take place with one of the Back to Fitness Trainers, there are no gym memberships, ensuring that all clients are working one-on-one whilst in the club. This productive and inspiring setting allows you and your Trainer to focus on one thing; your results.

Personal Training at Back To Fitness integrates a wide range of training disciplines and methods to ensure that your interest is high and your body is always being challenged in a wide range of ways.


Following your initial Physical Analysis sessions, your trainer will develop a tailored plan of training. Designed to be progressive and challenging, this plan will take you through all phases of fitness development, making sure you are working towards your continually updated goals.
