Rob Back is the Managing Director of Back to Fitness and is a Senior County Coach for the Hampshire & IOW Amateur Boxing Association.
Coaching since 1982, he has competed in and won on two occasions, the National Endurance Challenge Cup, he has also trained athletes who have represented their country at the Commonwealth Games. Rob is highly rated by the armed forces for achieving results. Amongst other fitness achievements, Rob has appeared on Meridian TV, The Big Breakfast and online. He also had a column in the Portsmouth News and was recently featured for raising money for Help for Heros.
Robs clients love his style of training as well as his sense of humour. He is a brilliant traditional personal trainer who will work with you, progress you and get you the results you want.
Jules is an experienced and professional personal trainer who is well sought after in the industry.
Having many years of personal training experience on her side Jules is great at identifying your needs and seeing you through to achieve your fitness goals. Whether it is to lose a few pounds, tone up those problem areas or train for an event, Jules will get you there…. smiling!
Her own fitness levels will inspire you (having completed many fitness challenges herself over the years) from gymnastics to marathons Jules will happily train alongside you if it helps you out. She is great motivator and all round Personal Trainer!
I am a former Southern Area Professional Boxing Champion with over 20 years of boxing experience. I can offer a range of training for the serious boxer who wants to hone their skills and improve their boxing ability, or I can devise and plan training sessions for the average Joe who wants to tone up, lose weight and generally improve their fitness.
I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer who specialises in training women from pregnancy right through to 3rd age and beyond. I am confident in getting you from where you are now to where you want to be whilst making your fitness and health journey fun and engaging. I will create a personalised fitness programme for you whilst providing motivation and support. My qualifications in corrective exercise allows me to identify and work to improve any imbalances or weaknesses you have whilst still making sure you receive a good workout every time.
Aka Pilot Lou
Lou has always had an active interest in sport and exercise being an former national Taekwondo champion and county netball player.
She started training at Back to Fitness 6 years ago and through the enthusiasm of those around her, was inspired to gain her fitness qualifications. Now she enjoys helping clients feel better about themselves and achieving their goals. Always willing to learn and try out new techniques, no 2 sessions are ever the same with Lou!

I am a fully qualified ABA Instructor and have been assisting Rob Back in boxercise classes since the early 1990’s.
I have been involved in the fighting fit and boxing squad sessions taking pads and light sparring since 2003, also assisting in the corner at White Collar Boxing Events.
I am a fully qualified and insured level 2 fitness instructor and i can offer a range of different classes and 1-2-1 boxing and fitness sessions. I have been in and around boxing for the past 20 years. I boxed amateur for 10 years and in 1999 i qualified for the school boys south east regional championship finals, and recently had a few fights.
Kevin is a qualified mountain bike leader.
He can offer half day, or full day trips on e-bikes taking in the QECP and South Downs for groups of up to 4 people
Mark will be organising bespoke outdoor adventures for the loyal BTF team!
Mark has completed 3 x SAS “who dares wins” events. He is a Bear Grylls survival instructor and expedition leader – a true outdoor pro!
