  • ABA Awards Junior Boxing
    Children and teenagers can learn the skill of amateur boxing, including the history, rules of the sport plus the importance of a healthy lifestyle and personal discipline. Juniors work towards national recognised ABA awards scheme.
  • Strength & conditioning Circuits
    This is a all-encompassing workout. Its designed to produce total body results. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Fighting Fit
    This class is a great fitness boxing workout consisting of cardio, resistance and bag training for a great workout for weight loss, muscle toning and general fitness; suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Open Training
    A chance to train yourself on the bags and cardio fitness machines. Skipping and use of weights are available.
  • Boxing
    At back to fitness we have boxing classes for everyone – from circuit based boxercise to white collar amateur boxing. For those who want to increase there fitness in a boxercise class and get to chase a boxer around the ring for 2 minutes then our fighting fit class is perfect.’ This circuit based class is designed to help you enjoy getting fit with a a variety of circuits and boxer size bases as well as 1-1 time in the ring.
  • Fight Teen boxing fitness 11-16
    This class is a great fitness boxing workout for teenagers. Consisting of cardio, resistance and bag training for a great workout for weight loss, muscle toning and general fitness; suitable for all teenagers & fitness levels.
